What Is Rhema? What Must I Do Now ?

This summer, hurricane Katrina which was promptly followed by hurricane Wilma, devastated

Central America and the Southern United States. For a considerable period of time we have

been warning that there is a price to pay for our conduct. We do not rejoice in telling people

that “it will be the fire next time”, a phrase which was used in the 1960’s.

We have categorically stated that the tribulation has started.

People then asked us for the date when it started. They completely missed the point.

In particular the English speaking nations have been blessed beyond belief,

but instead of being thankful and turning to the Eternal God the exact opposite has happened.

I am thankful and privileged to live in the U.K.

Most of the Country is busy preparing for the self-indulgent period of Christmas,

which has nothing whatsoever to do with Christ.

We stated that hurricane Katrina came just at the point when a huge annual homosexual orgy

was going to take place in New Orleans. It certainly messed up the plans and destroyed New Orleans.

Countless properties were destroyed, many oil rigs and oil refineries were destroyed. It is an on going

tragedy for many. When they tried to revive it in a smaller way, hurricane Wilma visited them.

Just last week in the UK a law was passed permitting people of the same sex to marry !

Within days of this we have the catastrophic fire in the Buncefield fuel depot near Hemel Hempstead.

Last week we wrote a document called Point Of No Return

Our warnings seem to fall on deaf ears.

Can it be that we are now reaping the rewards for our many abominable actions?

Mercifully there was no loss of life. However, I do not believe that it will always be like this.

It is my personal sad opinion that we will not change our lifestyle one iota.

It is unlikely that the churches will link the passing of the law and the explosions together.

It is unlikely that any will have the courage to call for repentance of the nation.

The huge Toxic Cloud hanging over London has now reached France.

Sunday morning 11^th of December at 6.00 am, there is that number 11 turning up yet again, gigantic explosions rocked Hemel Hempstead, in Hertforshire which is around 25 miles North of Central London.

The force of the blast could be heard in Great Yarmouth 150 miles away, and in France and Holland,

across the English channel.

We are told that it is the largest fire in the whole of Europe in peace time.

The unthinkable had happened.

We are told that some 20 huge storage tanks, holding millions of gallons of petrol, diesel, and kerosene were ablaze. An apocalyptic toxic black cloud trapped by the prevailing weather conditions, hung over vast areas of the area South of Hemel Hempstead, including the city of London.

Many homes, businesses and cars were severely damaged or destroyed.

Approximately 2,000 people were evacuated to safer locations

It was a great blessing that this explosion occurred at the time it did. If it had taken place on a working

day, during working hours the casualties would have been in the hundreds.

No one was killed. There were several dozen minor injuries and one person is stable in intensive care with damage to his lungs.

This is a large 100 acre business park and employees would have been cut to shreds by the exploding glass from the windows and other pieces of debris. We were told that the fire was too big to be tackled.

At first they hoped that it would burn itself out. As the fire chiefs said this was uncharted territory.

Men and equipment from all over the country were assembled for the planned attack on the fire.

This started on Monday. We were told that once that attack started they could not stop as it would more than likely mean that the tanks might re-ignite. Around a dozen tanks were put out but then fear that another tank might explode made them stop the assault on the fire.

We are now waiting to see what happens next.

I salute the brave firemen who are putting their lives

on the line to deal with this catastrophy. This is a day that will be long remembered by the entire

country. In a sense it does not matter what caused the explosions, which resulted in this disaster.

The prospect for long term damage to underground water supplies and the areas on which the soot

falls remains to be seen. The respiratory and heart problems which might be caused by the acrid smoke

are still causes for concern.

In our document ‘’Point Of No Return’, we mentioned Sodom and Gomorrah.

Here we see the Eternal God saying that the wickedness of the people had come before Him

on His throne, and He had come down personally to see for Himself if what He had heard

was correct. He also said that He would know the Truth of the matter.

Genesis 18:20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it,

which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

The point is a very simple one.

If we think that our wickedness goes unnoticed, and that the Eternal God neither exists or cares,

we are sadly mistaken.

The Eternal God even listened to Abraham’s requests to spare the cities if 50, then 45, then 30,

then 20 and finally 10 righteous people could be found.

10 righteous people did not exist.

The fate of the cities of the plain was sealed.

In a sense we can all be encouraged by the following verse.

Genesis 19:12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons,

and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:

Here we can see that Lot was given the opportunity to save not only himself, but his family and

‘whatsoever he had in the city’.

Unfortunately he could not persuade anyone but his wife and daughters to leave with him and the

angels sent to deliver him. I believe that this very same situation will happen again and once

again we will be ridiculed as Lot was. The important thing is that they had a chance.

The angels then said time was up.

Genesis 19:16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife,

and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.

17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.

Lot’s wife hankering after the place she was leaving looked back as was turned into a pillar of salt.

Genesis 19:26 But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.

It is interesting to note, that although Lot and his family had been blessed with having their lives saved,

Lot still did not want to do what he had been told to do.

He had been told to go the mountains. He protested that he wanted to go to another small city

on the plain. This place had obviously been scheduled for destruction, and it was spared.

Genesis 19:19 Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy,

which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain,

lest some evil take me, and I die:

20 Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither,

(is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.

21 And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also,

that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken.

22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither.

Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

However, Lot quickly learnt that Zoar was also a wicked place and he fled with his daughters

to the mountain which he was told to do in the first place.

Genesis 19:30 And Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two daughters with him;

for he feared to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters.

What happened to Sodom and Gomorrah?

Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD

out of heaven;

25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which

grew upon the ground.

There were no fire fighters with special foam to put out the fires.

The cities of the plain were burnt to a crisp, utterly destroyed.

As we have said and we will keep on saying.

It is time to pray.

Let us give thanks that up to now there has been no loss of life.

Our closing signature is as true today as the first time we made it.

The only way out of our dilemmas is Jesus Christ.

He is the only way of escape.

Praise the Lord.
