Rhema is simply what God tells you through the Holy Spirit
and must be obeyed in faith.
ANYBODY CAN RECEIVE RHEMA, who
intends to obey what they receive.
God wants desperately to communicate
with His people.
As you obey you will find you will
get to KNOW God better.

Psalm 16:1 Preserve
me God, for in thee do I put my trust.
Psalm 16:2 O my
soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth
not to thee.
Father, I can only reach Your character as you give
me Your Righteousness, through Your Son.

Psalm
16:3 But to the saints that are on the earth
and to the excellent, in whom is My delight.
David
now reflects on the saints that are IN the earth (0ccupying their places of
rest) and ‘to the ‘excellent’
in
whom is all my delight’. These are those who have either died in My Son, or who
are showing excellence
in
their obedience to Me, and are still living and are at peace.
However,
there is the other group, which David is thinking about.
Psalm
16:4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied that
hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will
I not
offer, nor take up their names unto my lips.
These are Satan’s followers, who do not
recognise Me, but instead ‘ hasten after other god’s’.
To them sorrows shall be multiplied who
hasten after ‘another god’, they are in trouble.
People like A.K. Rowling the author of
the Harry Potter books, and anyone who looks to her ideas or help.
Comment: A.K. Rowling has just given
One Million pounds to the Labour Party.
Do they realise they are handling money
tainted by Satan and the end of this folly?
Anyone who looks to other gods besides
Me is in trouble. Unless they sincerely
repent,
I take no notice of their prayers, I
punish them.
Exodus 23:13 And
in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect and make no mention
of the name of other gods, neither let
it be heard out of thy mouth.

16:5 Thou Lord is the portion of my

places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.
Whatever may be happening to you now I
have selected a goodly heritage and destiny for My saints,
if you overcome.

16:7 I will bless the Lord who hath give me
counsel; my reigns also instruct me in the night

You, Father, for Your Counsel in good times and bad.

16:8 I have set the Lord always before me,
because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

16:9 Therefore my heart is glad and my glory
rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
Psalm
16:10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;
neither wilt thou suffer thy Holy One to see corruption.
By
corruption I mean not only the total destruction of the soul, but everything
that has corrupted
that
soul in life on earth. From the moment you are truly repentant and obedient in
My Son,
all
sin and corruption is no longer regarded by Me, you are a cleansed vessel
destined for resurrection,
provided
you remain in obedience.
Psalm
16:11 Thou wilt show me the path of life; in
thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures forever
more.
David
surrenders his whole life to Me for He knows that he can trust Me to show him
‘the path of Life’.
In My
Presence alone is complete joy and pleasures forever more.
The only way out of this dilemma is
Jesus Christ.
He is the only way of escape.
We have to be under His Care and
Protection.
Salvation by any other name or means,
Simply does not exist.
