WHEN MAN LISTENS, GOD SPEAKS.
WHEN MAN OBEYS, GOD ACTS.
AND SO THE TEMPLE OF THE
LIVING GOD IS BUILT
Rhema Received: 13.07.2008
Now I have this young individual, Elihu, speaking words of Mine to this
older onetime
successful man, greatly experienced in My Ways, but who has temporarily
lost perspective.
Remember Elihu had waited and listened patiently to Job’s pleadings and
those of his other
helpers. He had weighed carefully the words I had given him to speak to
Job.
First he gets Jobs attention, by asking him to listen to what he is
about to say.
He assures Job his words come from an upright heart and will contain
true knowledge,
because they come from Me, so that Job knows Elihu has no ulterior
motives or axe to grind.
He also asks Job to comment on what he is about to say. “If thou canst
answer me,
set thy words in order before
me, stand up”.
Elihu genuinely wants to know Jobs response to what he is saying, so
that this
can be a meaningful communication and not a lecture. My Spirit always
works to meet
the true needs of people as I know them and responds accordingly.
Luke
12:11 And
when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates,
and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or
what ye shall say:
Luke
12:12 For
the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Verse
6 shows that Job respects Elihu relationship with
Me and has, at some point given
the impression, that he would like help from Elihu.
“Behold, I am according to thy wish in God’s stead.”
To gain a persons confidence is a good platform to start to try to
help another,
although with My Spirit at work, it is not essential, for many times
have My Prophets
spoken in the face of opposition.
Elihu then immediately puts himself on the same level as Job, as a
fellow human,
totally reliant on Me His Creator. “The Spirit of God hath made me, and
the breath
of the Almighty hath given me life……
I also am formed out of clay”.
Job
33:2 Behold,
now I have opened my mouth, my tongue hath spoken in my mouth.
Job
33:3 My words shall
be of the uprightness of my heart:
and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly.
Job
33:4 The Spirit of God
hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.
Job
33:5 If thou canst
answer me, set thy words in order before me, stand up.
Job
33:6 Behold, I am
according to thy wish in God’s stead: I also am formed out of the clay.
Job
33:7 Behold, my terror
shall not make thee afraid, neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.
Job
33:8 Surely thou hast spoken in mine hearing, and I have
heard the voice of thy words, saying,
Job
33:10 Behold, he
findeth occasions against me, he counteth me for his enemy,
Job
33:11 He putteth my
feet in the stocks, he marketh all my paths.
Elihu now corrects Job and asks Job why he continues to strive against
Me, His God,
for I do not need to answer to Job or anyone else. Elihu then points out
to Job
that I speak once or twice to a person,” yet man perceiveth it
not”.
Man is so rebellious. He points out that I even have to go to the extent
of getting round
this problem by revealing My truth in dreams, while he is defenseless,
asleep,
when I can open man’s ears (verse15-16)
so that I can get him away from his purpose
(pet schemes) and “keepeth back his soul from
the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.”
This is where people do not understand the extent of My love in the judgments
I am bringing on them.
My whole Creation is spent on saving Man from himself and his stupid,
rebellious ways,
which only lead to eternal death!
Job
33:12 Behold, in
this thou art not just: I will answer thee, that God is greater than man.
Job
33:13 Why dost thou
strive against him? for he giveth not account of any of his matters.
Job
33:14 ¶ For
God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth
it not.
Job
33:15 In a dream, in a
vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men,
in slumberings upon the bed;
Job
33:16 Then he openeth
the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,
Job
33:17 That he may
withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
In a dream I do not hurt the pride of man as much as when I confront his
will direct.
Some men, as with Jacob and Nebuchadnezza need dreams to receive
the message.
There are others who are obedient like Paul to whom I also spoke to in
dreams.
Dreams are not a badge of righteousness, but an instrument of My Spirit.
Job
33:19 ¶ He
is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones
with strong pain:
Job
33:20 So that his life
abhorreth bread, and his soul dainty meat.
Job
33:21 His flesh is
consumed away, that it cannot be seen;
and his bones that were not seen stick out.
Job
33:22 Yea, his soul
draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the
destroyers.
Here is one of the purposes of pain and suffering, especially in old age
to prepare
the individual for the first death. Again it is not a necessity but and
instrument.
By that time he must be totally submissive to Me so that I can resurrect
him
at his appointed time. There are many who do not have this understanding
and
if their deception is not their fault, I will have mercy on them,
and on true repentance
they will be resurrected.
They are to be “messengers”,
“interpreters”, “one amongst a thousand”.
Then I tell him, I will be gracious unto
this person (the messenger)
and tell him to go ahead and “Deliver him (the person to whom I have sent him)
from going down to the pit: In the “messenger” I have found a ransom”.
I match people who will do this work and
who are best suited to the person I am calling.
Every detail is planned. If My messenger is
not obedient,
then I find another to take their place.
Those I have called from the foundation of
the world, I will find a ransom for
somewhere!
Ephesians
1:4 According as he hath chosen us in
him before the foundation of the world,
that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
to shew unto man his uprightness:
Job
33:24 Then he is
gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit:
I have found a ransom.
This is how important was the work that I had set Elihu to do in Job’s,
which Elihu now recognizes and explains to Job.
Still talking about the “ messenger”, Elihu points out the blessings I
now bring
on My faithful servants who fulfill their work as a ransom ;
I mean those who bring those people I have called to Me.
John
1:46 And
Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?
Philip saith unto him, Come and see.
Job
33:25 His flesh shall
be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth:
Job
33:26 He shall pray
unto God, and he will be favourable unto him:
and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.
(the righteousness of the Godhead IN Christ)
Job
33:27 He looketh upon men,
and if any say, I have sinned,
and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
Job
33:28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see
the light.
Job
33:29 Lo, all these things
worketh God oftentimes with man,
Job
33:30 To bring back his
soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.
Job
33:31 Mark well, O Job,
hearken unto me: hold thy peace, and I will speak.
Job
33:32 If thou hast any thing to say, answer me: speak, for I desire to justify thee.
Job
33:33 If not, hearken
unto me: hold thy peace, and I shall teach thee wisdom.
for
here it is being offer My people in Old Covenant times.
I have
always made this available to specific people from the foundation of the world.
Adam
and his wife Eve could have retained there Sanctification and Justification by
eating
of the
“Tree of Life”, but they rebelled and lost this blessing and so did all there
seed.
My Son,
My Seed has now regained it for you, to be accepted on repentance.
“As
regards its (Justification’s) nature, it is the judicial act of God,
by
which he pardons all the sins of those who believe in Christ, and accounts,
accepts,
and
treats them as righteous in the eye of the law (Law of God as delivered in
My Word),
i.e.,
as conformed to all its demands.”
Isaiah
8:13 Sanctify
the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear,
and let him be your dread.
Isaiah
8:14 And
he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling
and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and
for a snare
to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Isaiah
8:15 And
many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken,
and be snared, and be taken.
Isaiah
8:16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my
disciples.
are satisfied in respect of the justified. It is the act of a
judge and not of a sovereign.
The law is not relaxed or set aside, but is declared to be fulfilled
in the strictest sense; and so the person justified is
declared to be entitled to all
he advantages and rewards arising
from perfect obedience to the law #Ro
5:1-10.”
Note,
it is only to those that God justifies, that the law is declared to be
fulfilled
in the
strictest sense
God
only justifies those who accept His Son, repent and obey Him.

Bible continues: “It proceeds on the imputing or crediting to the believer
by God
himself of the perfect righteousness, active and
passive, of his Representative
and
Surety, Jesus Christ #Ro 10:3-9
Justification is not the forgiveness of a man without
righteousness,
but a declaration that he possesses a righteousness
which perfectly
and for
ever satisfies the law, namely, Christ’s righteousness #2Co 5:21 Ro
4:6-8
The sole
condition on which this righteousness is imputed or credited to the
believer
is faith in or on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Faith is called a "condition," not because
it
possesses any merit, but only because it is the instrument, the only instrument
by which
the
soul appropriates or apprehends Christ and his righteousness
#Ro
1:17 3:25,26 4:20-22 #Php 3:8-11 Ga 2:16
The act
of faith which thus secures our justification secures also at the same time
our
sanctification (q.v.); and thus the doctrine of
justification by faith
does not
lead to licentiousness #Ro 6:2-7 Good works, while not the ground,
are the
certain consequence of justification #Ro
6:14 7:6”
Father, thank you for showing
me this and the importance You place in the work
you have given us all to do
with those people to which you lead us.
He is then the author and
finisher of their faith.
My Spirit, My Godhead places the stones and
is the builder of My Temple.
The universe was created by My Spirit and My Spirit renews
the spirit in Man and the universe.
Comment: Note
the abbreviation q.v. is the abbreviation Quode vide which means “which see”
it
denotes a cross-reference, word etc.
. The only way out of this dilemma is Jesus
Christ.
He is the
only way of escape.
We have to be under His Care and
Protection.
Salvation by any other name or means,
Simply does not exist.
Complete
Obedience is required
Praise the Lord.
Come soon Lord Jesus.
Amen.
