Luke 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall
be two men in one bed;
the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
Luke 17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken,
and the other left.
Luke 17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the
other left.
Luke 17:37 And they
answered and said unto him, Where, Lord?
And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is,
thither will the eagles be gathered together.
We need to understand, that in the first three verses,
the words ‘men’,
and ‘women’, are not
in the original.
Sometimes, the publishers ignore the fact, that the verses,
are in italics.
This is designed to show, that the words are not in the
original.
The printers, then print all the words in the ‘normal’ font.
Sometimes, this causes problems, rather than clarifying the
meaning,
In other cases, the particular font chosen, does not make it
clear enough,
that the words are in italics.
I can assure you, that if you check out the translators
of the King James bible, they were very upright and moral,
and they would
be shocked at the perversions, which exist today.
I refer to how the two men in a bed in Luke 17:34, would be
explained today.
My Online Version of the Bible, makes it clear that the
verses are in italics,
on the screen, however, when you copy the text into ‘Microsoft Word’,
it ignores the italics,
and it changes all the text to the ‘normal’ font.
I am telling you all this detail, so that you can see,
how the enemy does not miss a single opportunity to confuse,
and to promote his own agenda.
This is particularly important, as it is very possible for
the immoral
to seize on the fact, that it states that two men were in a
bed.
So I will draw a line through the added words, men and women.
Like the parables, these verses,
are not designed to be easily understood.
Luke 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall
be two men in one bed;
the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
In Luke 17:34 Christ says ‘In that night’,
however, when you read verses 35, and 36,
it is clear, that it is not speaking about the part of
the day,
which is defined as the night.
Now, we can be very specific about
the definition of the night,
which is a period of darkness.
Therefore, Christ was speaking
about a period of darkness,
rather than a specific time of the
day.
Therefore,
it is possible to use darkness and night, to mean the same thing.
Genesis
1:3 ¶ And God said, Let there be light: and there
was light.
Genesis
1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good:
and God divided the light from the darkness.
Genesis
1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.
And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Christ was
speaking about a period of darkness,
which will
engulf the entire world.
Right now, many are promoting the idea, that we should
get off the electricity grid,
so that when things get really bad, we will have some
emmergency power.
Recently, in my area, several people have put solar
panels on their roofs,
which they hope will help to generate electricity.
It amuses me, as we hardly get enough sunlight, to keep
my few garden
solar lights light.
There are so many ludicrous ideas, which are being
widely promoted,
as methods to avoid the coming Tribulation. It is clear
that these people
do not realise, that the Tribulation is actually a
judgment from God,
and that there is nothing that one can do, to avoid the
deserved judgment.
Investing in anything at all is futile.
It is absolute nonsense to say, that there are
specialists,
who know about these things, and that they can give us
the benefit of their wisdom, to negate the tribulation.
I find it hard to believe that people, who are supposed
to be intelligent,
believe that there is another solution, rather than
submitting to Jesus Christ,
in reality, and not just in words.
There is actually a solution.
The very first thing needed is a
good dose of humility.
Then acknowledge our problem.
Only then can one move forward.
There is very little time left for this, as anyone can
see.
This is
what will ultimately happen to all wealth.
Ezekiel
7:19 They shall cast their silver in the streets,
and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold
shall
not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD:
they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their
bowels:
because it
is the stumblingblock of their iniquity.
All electrical devices are going
to be history, no computers, no phones,
no water from the taps, no petrol,
no aircraft flying, no trains, no ships, etc.
You can think out the rest.
How do you think that we will be
able to cope,
when we need electricity for every
thing, that you can think off?
Emmergency generators, and even candles are of no use
whatsoever,
when the Eternal plunges the earth into darkness.
This is
not normal darkness.
We can see what happened at the time of the Exodus.
Their normal lamps did not work.
The
darkness, could even be felt.
Additionally, even in the same
dwelling, they could not see one another.
This would have been absolutely terrifying.
Exodus
10:21 ¶ And the LORD said unto Moses,
Stretch out thine hand toward heaven,
that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt,
(1) even darkness
which may be felt.
Exodus
10:22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward
heaven;
and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt
three days:
Exodus
10:23
(2) They saw not one another,
(3) neither rose any from his place for three days:
(4) but all the children of Israel had light in their
dwellings.
This
clearly shows, that the Eternal God can easily provide light
for us,
whilst the whole world around us is in darkness.
The Book of Jasher
chapter 80 explains,
that the time of the plagues,
at the exodus, of Biblical Israel
from Egypt, was a time of great terror.
Imagine it being so dark, that you
cannot even see your own hand,
in front of your face !
Jasher
80:36 And God, sent darkness upon Egypt, that the whole land of Egypt
and Pathros became
dark for three days,
(A) so that a man could not see his
hand when he lifted it to his mouth.
Do not make the mistake to think,
that this very same thing cannot
happen again.
Note the very sobering fact, that
in their rebellion, during the darkness,
many
people died.
Jasher 80:37 (B) At that time died many
of the people of Israel who had rebelled
against the Lord and who would not hearken to Moses and
Aaron, and
believed
not in them that God had sent them.
Jasher
80:38 And who had said, we will
not go forth from Egypt lest we perish
with hunger in a desolate wilderness, and who would not
hearken
to the voice of Moses.
The darkness did not just cover them.
We are told that it plagued them.
So all the rebellious Biblical Israelites, were buried
under the cover of darkness.
Jasher 80:39 (C) And
the Lord plagued them in the three days of darkness,
(D)and the Israelites buried them in those days without the Egyptians knowing of them
or rejoicing over them.
We will consider what it means to be plagued in a
moment,
but what is even worse, is that today, many are allowing
themselves,
to be completely deceived.
They have made the conscious decision,
to let any little bit of light, that might have been in
them, to become darkness.
Christ said:
Matthew 6:23
But if thine eye be evil,
thy whole body shall be full of darkness.
If therefore the light that is in
thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
If you are not only in darkness,
but you are emitting darkness, instead of light,
it is quite impossible, for such a person, to know their true
condition.
Someone has to point this out to them,
but it is not that simple.
The affected person has first to acknowledge, that a
problem exists.
Until this is done, all help will be in vain.
I fear greatly, that many of these, who are projecting
darkness,
will be killed, just like the Biblical Israelites were.
The Biblical Israellites were
burying their own rebellious dead, not Egyptians.
They were able to do this, because there was light
where they,
the Biblical Israelites lived, but at the very same
time,
there was total darkness, where the Egyptians lived.
What does
being plagued mean?
Job puts what happened to him during the night like this.
Job 4:13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep
falleth on men,
Job 4:14 (1) Fear came upon me, and trembling,
(2)which made all my bones to
shake.
Job 4:15 (3) Then
a spirit passed before my face;
(4) the
hair of my flesh stood up:
Job 4:16 (5) It
stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof:
an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard
a voice, saying,
Job 4:17 Shall mortal
man be more just than God?
shall a man be more pure than his maker?
Job 7:4 When I lie down,
I say, When shall I arise, and the night be gone?
(6)and I am full of tossings to
and fro unto the dawning of the day.
Job 7:13 When I say, My
bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaint;
Job 7:14 (7) Then thou scarest me with dreams,
(8)and terrifiest me through visions:
This verse seems to suggest real confusion.
Job’s dreams and visisions were so very real,
that they appeared to be taking place in the day,
but at the very same time, it seemed to him,
that the actual day was very short, and the night was
very long.
Job 17:12 (9) They
change the night into day:
(10) the
light is short because of darkness.
Job 30:17 (11) My
bones are pierced in me in the night season:
(12) and my
sinews take no rest.
In Deuteronomy
28, which deals with the blessings for obedience,
and the curses for rebellion, against the Eternal God,
it describes this sort of desperate situation,
when it is morning, you wish that
it was evening,
and in the evening, you wish that is was morning.
Deuteronomy 28:67 In the morning thou shalt say,
Would God it were even! and at even (evening) thou shalt
say,
Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear,
and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.
We continue with what happened at the time of the
Exodus.
Jasher 80:39 (C) And
the Lord plagued them in the three days of darkness,
(D)and the Israelites buried them in those days without the Egyptians knowing of them
or rejoicing over them.
Jasher 80:40 And the darkness was very great in Egypt for three days
,
(E)and any person who was
standing when the darkness came,
remained standing in his place,
(F)and he that was sitting,
remained sitting,
(G)and he that was lying
continued lying in the same state,
(H)and he that was walking
remained sitting upon the ground in the same spot;
and this thing happened to all the Egyptians,
until the darkness had passed away.
My questions for you are as follows:
Do you really think that having an electrical generator
of any kind,
or solar panels will make the slightest difference at
all,
in the above scenario?
Also consider that our situation today,
is much worse than even Sodom, as I have explained.
Sodom: The U.K. – U.S. – Canada – Australia – Biblical Israel Are Worse Than
Sodom
Do you think, that perverted thinking, where you allow
yourself
to think that your will is really ‘God’s will’, and
that is what should be done,
is going to help you at all?
The answer is a resounding ‘No’.
The sooner that we can get it into
our heads,
that ‘Thy will be done’, means exactly that, it is God’s will, that must be
done.
The verses we quoted above from
Job continued by stating,
Job 4:18 Behold, he (The Eternal God) put no
trust in his servants;
and his angels he charged with folly:
Job 4:19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of
clay,
whose foundation is in the dust,
which are crushed before the moth?
Job 4:20 They are destroyed from morning to evening:
they perish for ever without any
regarding it.
Job 4:21 Doth not their excellency which is in them go away?
they die, even without wisdom.
It does not, and never will mean,
let my will be thy will, and then let that be done.
Having dealt with the matter of darkness,
we can clearly see there are several situations,
in which there are two people,
and one is taken and the other is left.
Notice that it is very specific.
In all instances we are told ‘the one’,
so it is not a matter of chance.
We can also say that ‘taken’ means
the very same thing,
as ‘caught up’ to the throne in:
Revelation 12:5 And she
brought forth a man child,
who was to rule all nations with a
rod of iron:
and her child was caught
up unto God, and to his throne.
Both acts, ‘taken’
and ‘caught up’,
were acts not under
the control of those who were affected.
It was sudden and completely
unexpected.
Luke 17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall
be two men in one bed;
the one shall be taken, and the other shall be
left.
Luke 17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken,
and the other left.
Luke 17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
All these verses from Luke 17 -34 – 37, are all related to Revelation Chapter 12.
The Taken is referring to the Manchild,
who are caught up to the throne.
They are caught up to the throne, for the marriage of the
Bride to Christ,
and also to be appointed, anointed, and empowered,
for their assigned tasks, which will be given to them at the
throne,
to be carried out, when they return to earth.
The manchild returning to earth will be more than,
those that were taken. It will also include some of our familes,
and others who have been faithful, and are at present,
awaiting these incredible end time events.
The Manchild, is not referring to Christ, as is explained in
the document.
The Woman, The Manchild, The Remnant Updated
2011
Revelation 12:5 And she brought
forth a man child,
who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:
and her child was caught up unto God,
and to his throne.
The Manchild rules with the very same rod of iron,
as Christ. This is one reason for misunderstanding the verse.
Christ clearly told the church at Thyatira, that the
overcomers,
would do as He is going to do, and with Him.
Revelation 2:26 And he (the Manchild) that overcometh,
and keepeth
my works unto the end,
to him (the Manchild) will
I (Christ) give power over the nations:
Revelation 2:27 And he (the Manchild) shall rule them with a rod of iron;
as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers:
even as I received of my Father.
Who are the ones that are left?
The Left, is refering to the woman, in Revelation 12.
The Woman, is the main body of genuine believers,
who did not qualify to be part of the Manchild, as selected
by the Eternal God.
They also did not qualify to be part of the lukewarm ‘Remnant’,
who will go through the Tribulation, directly confronted by
Satan.
The Woman will be provided for, just as ancient Biblical
Israel,
was provided for in the Wilderness, when they escaped from
captivity in Egypt.
Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness,
where she hath a place prepared of
God,
that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
Is this just an unsupported statement of mine?
No it is not.
Let us consider it.
After explaining about one being taken, and one being
left.
The disciples asked a very strange question.
In hind sight, we can say that ‘when’, would have been more appropriate
question than where.
Luke 17:37 And they
answered (asked) and said unto him, Where, Lord?
And he said unto them, Wheresoever
the body is,
thither will the eagles be gathered together.
It should be noted by all genuine believers.
That we are not obliged to answer all questions,
which are directed at us. The main objective could be
to trap us.
The faulty reasoning is that, as Christians, we are
bound to speak the truth.
This is true.
However, we do not have to answer all questions.
Christ side stepped questions all the time, or asked
other questions.
In such a confrontation, you could simply say, I do not
discuss such topics, period.
When the woman at the well in Samaria, asked Christ for
water,
so that she might not thirst again, Christ said, bring
your husband !
John 4:15
The woman saith unto him,
Sir, give me this water,
that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.
John 4:16 Jesus saith unto her, Go, call thy husband, and come
hither.
Another example,
In Luke 20,
when the Chief Priest, scribes and elders confronted Christ,
and wanted to know by what authority he was doing miracles.
Christ completely messed their heads up,
by asking them a question, that they did not dare to answer.
Luke 20:2 And spake unto
him, (Christ) saying, Tell us,
by what authority doest thou these
things?
or who is he that gave thee this authority?
Luke 20:3 And he answered
and said unto them,
I will also ask you one thing; and
answer me:
Luke 20:4 The baptism of
John, was it from heaven, or of men?
Luke 20:5 And they
reasoned with themselves, saying,
If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then believed
ye him not?
Luke 20:6 But and if we
say, Of men; all the people will stone us:
for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
Luke 20:7 And they
answered, that they could not tell whence it was.
Luke 20:8 And Jesus said unto them,
Neither tell I you by what
authority I do these things.
I am certain that the disciples were even more confused by
Christ’s response,
to their question of Where Lord?
They asked Christ, where was this going to happen.
Christ was fully aware, that they would not have a clue,
about what He was saying.
For many years, I did not have a clue either, what
Christ’s answer meant.
Christ was saying, that this time of of one being taken, and
one being left,
was at the time, when the body, of
Christ, that is His genuine believers,
will be together, as we showed in Revelation
12:6 above,
but at that same time, where the body is,
the eagles, which are supreme predators, and also to some
extent
carrion eaters, will be gathered together.
First of all we have to notice,
that it is on the wings of a great eagle, this word is
eagle in the singular,
that the woman is taken into the wilderness.
Revelation 12:14 And to the
woman were given two wings of a
great eagle,
that she might fly into the wilderness,
into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times,
and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
In Luke 17:37, we are told of many eagles
Luke 17:37 And they
answered (asked) and said unto him, Where,
Lord?
And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is,
thither will the
eagles be gathered together.
Speaking about these end times,
we are told about a warrior nation, who will attack Biblical
Israel like an eagle.
Deuteronomy 28:49 The LORD shall
bring a nation
against thee from far,
from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth;
a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;
Deuteronomy 28:50 A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not
regard
the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:
Deuteronomy 28:52 And he shall besiege thee in all thy
gates,
until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou
trustedst,
throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates
throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given
thee.
In Revelation
Chapter 12,
we are then told that the serpent cast out of his mouth
a flood of water. I have previously explained that these are
armies,
which will try to destroy the fleeing woman,
but the armies are destroyed.
Here is a verse comparing an army to a flood.
Also note, that this tells us that Satan controls
armies,
the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
Now we can see, that even in the Biblical Israelite
nations,
their armies, act in the most abominable way.
In the U.S. army a woman is more likely to be raped,
than to be killed by an enemy soldier.
About 19,000 sex crimes take place in the military each year,
according to
the Pentagon's most recent estimate.
Isaiah 59:19 So shall they
fear the name of the LORD from the west,
and his glory from the rising of the sun.
When the enemy shall come in like
a flood,
the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
So the
flood, and the eagles
mean the same thing.
The eagles of
Luke 17 above, are watching with their excellent eyes,
and great predatory skill. They are just waiting to pounce,
on the body of Christ, the genuine believers, who are fleeing
to the wilderness.
We know that this attempt fails completely,
because, the earth opened her
mouth, and swallowed
up the flood.
We also know from Revelation
12:14 that the woman,
will be nourished away from the ‘face of the serpent’.
Revelation 12:15 And the serpent
(Satan) cast out of his mouth water as a flood
after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away
of the flood.
Revelation 12:16 And the earth
helped the woman, and the earth opened
her mouth, and swallowed
up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
So the verses, from Luke 17 :34 – 37,
deals with the Manchild and the Woman, in the wilderness.
The Remnant Commandment keepers.
There is no mention of the Remnant in this passage, in Luke chapter 17.
Revelation12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the
woman,
and went to make war with the
remnant of her seed,
which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of
Jesus Christ.
The reason that the Remnant is not mentioned,
is because, it goes through the Great Tribulation head
on.
There is no place of protection, for her, from Satan,
as the verse shows.
As I have stated, keeping the
commandments,
and having the Testimony of Jesus
Christ, was not enough,
for the remnant to qualify either as the Manchild or
the Woman.
It is a very sobering fact, that today, when people are
saying,
that we no longer have to worry about the Old
Testament,
and the commandments, of the Eternal God,
that we see that even keeping the commandments,
and giving lip service to Jesus Christ is not enough.
So the very big question, which
needs to be considered,
by all believers, is what chance
do non commandment keepers have.
I would say very little indeed, even none.
There will be a little respite for the Remnant, as
there are people,
who will treat them kindly in their great suffering.
This is mentioned in Matthew Chapter 25: 31
to 46.
It is explained in detail here:
The Woman, The Manchild, The Remnant Updated
2011
So the summary is that,
‘those taken’ are the
Manchild.
‘those left’ are those who comprise the Woman, who flees to the wilderness,
where she is protected for three and one half years.
The Remnant, which are not mentioned, go through the tribulation
head on.
The decision is yours, what are you going to do.
There is very little time left.
You must choose.
