So You Are Born Again ?

Many years ago, when I was in my early twenties,

I lived in London.

I had the only party, I have ever had in the U.K.

As happens with parties, many people attended, whom I did not know.

There was a piano in the sitting room.

Several young ladies, were being spun a yarn,

by a young man, about how to play the piano.

I did not know him.

When he was finished, having captivated his listeners,

it was clear to me that this person did not have a clue about pianos.

I calmly asked, do you play the piano?

The answer was ‘no’.

Thus ended operation ‘impress’.

Today my common experience is that people often tell me

that they pray, they fast, they have a bible, a brain,

and now they add a computer, which enables them

to do their own research, therefore they do not need any lessons

about Christian Living from anyone.

We have to understand none of the above leads people to the Eternal God.

We can think what we like, but it is The Eternal God who calls,

not bible study, not praying, not research, not argument.

I know many people who have read the bible completely,

one person has done so 14 times, he claims,

and he will quote it accurately to you,

but up to now the Eternal God has not called him.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth,

and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

There are billions who pray every day, and countless millions who fast,

but they are as far removed from the Eternal God, as it is possible to be.

Most Christians tell me that they are ‘Born Again’.

My question, for which I am still awaiting an answer is this:

If what you are saying is true, and you can work it all out for yourself,

then why did the Eternal God create all the offices,

which He did in order to edify His church and help it to grow?

This is what the Word of God tells us, is the position of believers,

who are part of the Body of Christ.

First, and foremost they are ‘members in particular’.

This is so very important.

If we could only understand, and appreciate this, our lives would

be so much easier, and better.

It is not a small thing to be called from before the foundation of the world,

to be part of the body of Christ, and to be ‘members in particular’.

This is an unimaginable honour.

The truth is our minds are so messed up that we do not really grasp this.

1 Corinthians 12:27 ¶ Now ye are the body of Christ,

and members in particular.

The second point is the assigned positions.

1 Corinthians 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles,

secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles,

then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

The second point is addressed a second time.

Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets;

and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

In spite of what many say,

we are given the specific reasons for the various offices.

If these positions exist, it is because they are necessary.

The Eternal God never, ever, says nor does anything that is pointless.

Ephesians 4:12

(1) For the perfecting of the saints,

(2) for the work of the ministry,

(3) for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Unlike the situation in the world today, the Eternal God does not put

anyone into a position, at random, and for which He has not trained them.

I have a friend, who is an excellent pianist, and with whom I have

worked for many years.

He is truly brilliant.

I heard him perform a piece of classical music, which he had written.

He played it from the start to the end, then he played it from the end

to the beginning, and it was exactly the same.

I do not know why he wanted to do this, but he did.

No computer manipulation was involved.

One year at an annual convention there was the need

for a conductor.

As he was an exceptional pianist they asked him to conduct a choir.

He thought, well, I can do that.

I have worked with Peter for many years.

It looks easy enough.

After the convention when we met up, he told me what had happened.

He said that it had been a total nightmare.

It just did not work at all, and he hated it.

He said that it seemed so simple when I did it.

I have heard that statement many times in my professional career.

What was certain was that he would never do it again.

On the Music ladder, he was very near the very top rung,

whereas I was very near the bottom of the ladder.

It was our training and experience that was different.

It was not that one was better than the other.

The skills with which we were blessed were, I repeat, different, but complimentary.

Together we made a great team, and furthermore we enjoyed working together.

We are always equipped for what we are called to be, and to do.

I cannot do what you are called to do,

and you cannot do what I am called to do.

I received this comment from one of my YouTube videos, last night.

False Jews Part 1 of 6 Real And Dangerous:

“I’m going to watch your video and give my response to each one.

Just to let you know, I’m a Born Again Christian for the State of Israel.”

Was yet another person, a 30 year old ‘Proud to be American’,

going to give me a severe lesson as he was a ‘Born Again Christian’?

The email is quoted accurately, right down to the capital letters.

Was I supposed to be shaking with worry as I awaiting his missives.

Normally I do not respond to most of the comments, which are made.

This time I decided to respond.

I wrote:

Excuse me, born again Christian.

Do you mean begotten, and not born again?

John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth,

and thou hearest the sound thereof,

but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth:

so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Do you really do this?

Amazing, you will be the first to my knowledge.

You also claim to be 'Proud', is that really what you mean?

Today, I got a single word reply ok . . .

When people get in touch with me, sometimes they want to emulate what I do.

I cannot imagine why.

My answer is always the same.

If the Eternal God is calling you, the first priority is that you have to unlearn

all of the error, which you have learnt, and then replace it with the truth,

that is actually written in the Word of God, because we all have been deceived.

There are no exceptions.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent,

called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:

he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

To think that all the deception can be quickly gotten eliminated,

is simply not true. It took a very long time for most to get to the position

in which they now find themselves, and of course there is the huge

barrier of pride, ego, vanity and arrogance to be dismantled.

It all takes time, sometimes a lot of time, and patience.

If the Eternal God starts a work in you, He will finish it.

It is completely our choice, whether the road will be easy or hard.

If one has already been reborn, this statement would be redundant,

but we know that it is not.

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing,

that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform

it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Additionally, when the Eternal God speaks to you,

as He most certainly will, you have to obey.

The Eternal God chooses how He will speak to everyone.

Some have the mistaken idea that it is a matter of self-elevation.

This shows ignorance about what is being said.

The entire bible is Rhema, which simply means the direct word of God.

Some of the most distressing Rhema that I have heard,

was not what one person was told to tell another, but what the Eternal God

directly told to the persons themselves, and they then told me.

The Eternal God said to them that He could do no more for them.

He had done everything possible for them, and now they were on their own.

This was said because they had completely rejected everything that had

been done for them, over a long period of time.

I was truly shocked, in fact stunned.

If I had been personally told such a thing, I would probably die instantly

from a heart attack, seriously.

There is no carbon copy process, of how the Eternal God will speak to us,

or whom He will use, but what is certain is that He speaks to his children,

as any parent does.

He will speak to those whom He is using.

It has always been the case.

Does not the sample prayer tell us to say ‘Our Father’.

It is only in dysfunctional families that parents do not speak to their children.

The instant you stop obeying for whatever reason, your life will go backwards,

you will not stand still, and your condition will be worse than before

you were called.

2 Peter 2:17 These are wells without water,

clouds that are carried with a tempest;

to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

2 Peter 2:18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity,

they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness,

those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

2 Peter 2:19 While they promise them liberty,

they themselves are the servants of corruption:

for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

2 Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world

through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,

they are again entangled therein, and overcome,

the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

2 Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way

of righteousness, than, after they have known it,

to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb,

The dog is turned to his own vomit again;

and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

So can we say that we are saved then?

No we cannot.

Why not?

Is it just semantics, that is playing with words?

No.

Christ said that it was He who endures to the end, who will be saved.

Therefore if you do not endure to the end, you will not be saved.

Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake:

but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Neither of these situations being ‘Born again’ or ‘Saved’,

simply matters of intellectual technical correctness.

They are wrong in principle.

What is common in both cases, is that they are both, end of life situations.

The point is that because one is called, it does not mean that instantly

one has all knowledge.

It does not work that way.

The fact that some say well, I am, or have prayed about it,

therefore I must be right, is nonsense.

Most of deceived Christianity, is always praying,

and having prayer meetings, yet remains immersed in serious error,

and rebellion, and they are actually quite comfortable in their condition.

They blindly followed their religious masters, and they are quite happy to do so.

Jeremiah 5:31 The prophets prophesy falsely,

and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so:

and what will ye do in the end thereof?

When they give up on their ‘churches’, they then shop around for some

replacement, often in vain, and they stitch together some ideas from

wherever they can find them. Many give up ‘Christianity’, altogether and

become Buddhists or some other pagan religion, or practice.

My question is to whom are these people praying all the time,

whilst they remain in this erroneous condition?

The problem is this.

No one is Born Again.

It clearly states that when one is born of the Spirit, one is Spirit.

As Spirit like the wind, you are invisible, and you can come and

go and no one would know.

‘Born again’ or ‘Born from Above’, means a new birth.

It is not an intellectual exercise in our minds.

It is a reality, that is yet to be experienced, by genuine Believers,

at the time of the resurrection.

Up until that point you are begotten, and not born.

1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto

a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1 John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not;

but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself,

and that wicked one toucheth him not.

To be born again, you first of all have to literally die.

It is not enough to say that when you have been baptised

by immersion, as has been commanded, that this symbolises our death,

and rebirth, and that is all that there is.

When one is fully immersed in water as commanded,

it symbolises the fact that our sins have been washed away,

but you still come out of the water as a flesh and blood human being.

Revelation 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness,

and the first begotten of the dead,

and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us,

and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Additionally most say that when you are ‘Born Again’,

you will be able so speak in ‘Tongues’, which is the proof

that one is ‘Born Again’.

Speaking in tongues is a matter of speaking in a genuine foreign

language, which can be interpreted.

It is not a matter of speaking gibberish, which is confusion,

and is therefore not of the Eternal God.

I visited a small church, and a very large church,

and I have seen the minister up at the front giving his message,

and at the same time people all over the church were

‘babbling in tongues’, is demonic.

Furthermore witches do go into churches and speak in tongues

to curse those attending the meeting.

It is wrong.

1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion,

but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

James 3:16 For where envying and strife is,

there is confusion and every evil work.

The question of speaking in Tongues is one that if often used

when some Christians, including Pastors, want to check my veracity.

They say that unless I can speak in Tongues, I am not Born Again.

The reality is that I am not Born Again.

My physical body of flesh has not been changed into a spirit body.

The Eternal God, as the Holy Spirit does dwell in me,

and He has transformed my mind and my entire life.

If you came up to me and punched me, I would feel it, to be sure.

If I were born again, you could not hurt me.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world:

but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,

that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,

and perfect, will of God.

The reality is that when one is called,

repents, and is baptised, we still remain flesh and blood,

though profound changes have occurred to the person,

who has been ‘begotten’.

We have explained this in many documents.

Our minds get renewed, our focus in life and our lives change completely.

The focus in our lives moves from self to the Eternal God.

This is what happens.

Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you,

and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart

out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you,

and cause you to walk in my statutes,

and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

We have seen that we are begotten,

but we are neither, ‘Born Again’, nor ‘Saved’.

Both of these events are yet future for those now living.
