There Will Be No Revival
The hot news in the Religious
World seems to be that a worldwide Revival
is about to break out across
the world. Apparently millions of people are going to start flocking
to the churches, in this
major outpouring of the ‘spirit’.
Pastors, such as Todd
Bentley, are in the forefront of this major end time move, supposedly by God.
The reality is that there
will be no worldwide revival, as preached by the churches,
just as there will be no
rapture, as taught by the churches.
At the start of the video
which might well go to two parts, let us first
take a look at the problem
and those who are promoting revival.
Revival is simply one of many
false teachings by false ministers.
They claim that Christ was
not a poor man, in order to justify their
extravagant lifestyle,
unlimited expense accounts, with personal jet planes
and luxury mansions, and the
wanton lifestyle from the millions that the
deceived sheeple willingly
give to them.
Christ said.
Matthew 8:20 And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of
the air have nests;
but the Son of man hath not where
to lay his head.
Luke 9:3 And he said unto
them, Take nothing for your journey, neither
staves,
nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats
apiece.
This is a far cry from a fleet of jet planes is it not?
I spent time in the
W.C.G. and it is now becoming clear that the lifestyle
of Mr. Armstrong
was exactly the same as the unbelievable present profligate lifestyle
of the current
evangelists, whilst many members suffered and some even died or committed
suicide.
It was all part of my
learning experience, which has contributed to me being
able to do what I do now.
Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate
the one, and love the other;
or else he will hold to the
one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
A major part of this supposed
men of God is the ‘speaking in tongues’,
Someone said to me yesterday
but the bible speaks of those who are drunk
in the spirit. This is not a biblical teaching.
Isaiah 63:6 And I will
tread down the people in mine anger, and make them
drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.
Ephesians 5:18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled
with
the Spirit;
Ephesians 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing
and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
Ephesians 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in
the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Ephesians 5:21 ¶ Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the
Lord.
Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the
head
of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Nowhere
in the bible does the bible say that any of the apostles were drunk
in
the spirit or drunk, as the verse above says do not be drunk,
but they were accused of being drunk in Acts 2:14.
Consider
for a moment that you are with a whole group of people from all over,
let
us say an airport departure lounge, and you only spoke English, and suddenly
you
said something to someone who was obviously and Indian, and you
realised
that it was not your normal English, then the person responded
because
it was not gibberish but Hindi, and they understood what you said,
and
you understood what they said what would you do?
I
know what I would do, I would be absolutely excited, and I would want to
speak
to people of other languages to see if the same thing would happen.
People
would think that I am more than drunk but crazy.
So
let us be very careful before we come to wrong conclusions.
Now here are some distressing pictures
of what we are doing right now.
It
is our governments that are doing these things on our behalf.
It
is almost all our ‘Christian’ churches, which are supporting these governments
in every way.
It
is our children who are involved in these atrocities.
Of course
other governments do these things.
Sometimes
they act on behalf of our governments.
Our
ministry is primarily to the English speaking people, but we can be certain
that ALL people,
who
are involved in activities which produce the following results, will reap what
they have
sown
and even twice as much.

It is because of our
unbelievable wickedness that for quite sometime,
I have been preaching in
documents and videos that we need repentance immediately
if we are not to face soon
coming judgment of unbelievable
severity, as we reap double
what we have sown.
The teaching of
revival is the equivalent of a spiritual Prozac.
It does not deal
with the underlying spiritual problem which must be addressed.
False hope is also
canvassed about health, wealth and various miracles,
whilst at the same
time we are in the depths of rebellion against the most
High God. It will never happen.
With this
background in mind let us move on to Revival itself.
Just like the word Rapture, the word Revival is not found
in the bible.
You would think that two, of
what must certainly rank amongst the most important events in human history,
would at least get a mention,
but this is not the case at all. They are just not there.
The hope is to
revive what happened in the previous revivals, one in 1904 in Wales:
It is
believed that at least 100,000 people became Christians during the revival, but
despite this
it did
not put a stop to the gradual decline of Christianity in Wales, only holding it
back slightly.
It has
been argued by some Christian historians that the 1904–1905 revival lacked the
depth
of
previous revivals in terms of nurturing the newly converted Christians
in
biblical teaching.
and the other in
the Azusa Street Revival in California.
The Azusa
Street Revival was a historic Pentecostal revival
meeting that took place in
Los Angeles, California
and was led by William J. Seymour, an African
American preacher.
It began
with a meeting on April 14, 1906 at the African Methodist Episcopal Church
and continued
until
roughly 1915. The revival was characterized by speaking in
tongues, dramatic worship services,
and
inter-racial mingling.
There are so many questions.
Is this revival going to be before,
or after the Tribulation?
If many millions were turned
to Christ would that not mean the revival would result
in a new beginning without
the need of judgment, and the Tribulation?
The truth is that now we are
probably more rebellious, and anti-God than,
we have ever been.
This is the case on the
individual, national and international level.
The call to revival is the
opposite to what the bible teaches, which is that we should come out
of Babylon in order not to suffer the
fate of Babylon, and we are called to repent and seek the Eternal
while He can still be found,
because there will come at time, when it will be quite impossible to do so.
Zephaniah 2:3 Seek ye the
LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have
wrought
his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall
be
hid in the day of the LORD’S anger.
Amos 8:12 And they shall
wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east,
they
shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.
The call to
repentance is right now.
First we need to ask what has
been, and still is the fruit of these revivals?
The answer of course is the
establishment of the Multi million member,
worldwide Pentecostal
movement, and all that goes with it, such things as speaking in tongues,
being slain in the spirit,
miracles, healings and giving birth in the spirit, fire tunnels, etc.

to the Spirit of intercession that

This is where I desire that you dwell.”
In this excerpt I have highlighted points that as far
as I am concerned are problematic.
I will go through the short
book of Joel, as I understand it is one source for the idea of a revival.
The book of Joel like other
books such as Jeremiah and Revelation
is not written in sequential order.
Throughout the book you find
references to “the Day of the Lord”,
it is dealing with
the period of time before the day of the Lord,
and the Day of the
Lord.
The Day of the Lord or the
Lord’s day is not Sunday. See our video below:
The
Day Of The Lord & The Lord's Day Are The Same - Neither Are Sunday!
It is a time of
Judgment.
In Joel chapter 3 verse 12 we are told that the day of
the Lord is a day of Judgment
in the valley of decision, which
is called Jehoshaphat.
What an entirely different
reality to the Lord’s day being Sunday, and as you will see that
it has absolutely nothing to
do with revival.
Joel
3:12. Let the heathen be
wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat:
for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
Joel
3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of
decision:
for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
The idea that a Christian
army is what is being spoken about in Joel,
and that it will lead any
sort of revival is false.
In Joel Chapter 1 we are asked if what is
being said has been heard before?
We are then told that what is
being said, should be told to the future generations.
In verse 4 we are told
“That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten;
and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten;
and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpillar eaten”.
What is
this speaking about?
It is
referring to several stages of the growth of a caterpillar, and it is showing
us that through
out all
the stages they are going to devastate anything edible. What the first stage,
does not
eat the second stage will eat and so on.
This is not speaking
about locusts, but rather it is a parable using locusts to illustrate the point
of efficient
devastation.
In verse 7 we are told
“He
hath laid
my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it
away;
the branches thereof are made white”.
This
is precisely what would happen if all the fruit, foliage and bark were stripped
from a tree,
by
locusts. It
says ‘ He hath’, so whoever or whatever stripped the tree is referred to as he.
We
see that it is not physical locusts, as I said it is a parable.
The explanation is in verse 6 we are told
Hosea 1:6 For a nation is come up
upon my land, strong, and without number,
whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a
great lion.
Therefore
the locusts represent a strong nation, and even more an army,
a
very strong army, with the jaw teeth of a great lion.
It consists of so many people that it cannot be counted.
This
nation is stated by the Eternal God to be His army.
In
Joel
Chapter 2:11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army:
for
his camp is very great: for
he is strong that executeth his word:
for the
day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
Now,
let us pause awhile, and ask the question,
Does this sound in any way
shape or form as a Christian army, whether adults or children,
who are carrying out a revival
of any typewhatsoever?
Is
it not so very clear, that even a child can understand that this is speaking
of
a mighty, and exceedingly powerful army, which is meticulously carrying out its
assignment
of
destroying Judah, as judgment ?
Because the Eternal God calls this army, His army,
it does not mean that it is either holy or righteous.
The
very same thing applies to those whom the Eternal calls His Servants or His
Shepherds.
These
people can be appointed by the Eternal God to punish people for their
rebellion.
We
should keep this clearly in mind by those claiming to be Servants of God.
You
have to look at the fruit to determine whether the Servants who serve you
have been sent
to bless or punish.
Carefully
consider whether they are being blessed by their extortionate wages from your
tithes
and
offerings, whilst you just continue to suffer endlessly, whilst they live a
physical lifestyle which
you
have absolutely no hope of achieving, and which they certainly have no desire
to relinquish.
Refuse
to be brain washed into all these false teachings.
Here
is an absolutely revolutionary thought for you.
Why
not ask the Eternal God if what I am saying to you is correct or not?
If
you are His child, why will he not answer you?
The
only condition is make sure that what you hear conforms to the Word of God.
You
can see all the supporting scriptures for yourself, you do not even have to
look them up.
Wake
up people and do not live in denial.
Luke 6:43
For a good
tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit;
neither doth a corrupt
tree bring forth good fruit.
Luke 6:44
For every tree
is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not
gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
Interestingly
one of the most common words that these revivalists use, far more than
the
name of Jesus Christ, is “fire”. The truth is that if these people do not repent,
that
is exactly where they are going to end up, right in the fire.
Why do you want to suffer this very same fate?
Luke 3:9 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees:
every tree
therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down,
and cast into the fire.
When
people earnestly want something, pray for something and expect it,
they
usually get their wishes. People want the Benny Hinn’s, the Todd Bentley’s, the
Copelands,
the
Hagees, etc., etc. and they have got them. They want to hear about health and
wealth
and
that is what they get.
The
fact that they remain deceived, and in serious mental confusion somehow escapes
their
consciousness, as they desperately hope that tomorrow will somehow be better,
but
tomorrow never comes.
Many
do get the emotional high, for which they crave, like any drug addict.
The
reality is that their very sad condition continues, their mental confusion,
their
appalling health, regardless of how many times, they have been ‘slain in the
spirit’,
and
been prayed for, or how many sessions they have had with their ‘Christian
Counsellors’.
Like
a smoker for the moment the craving is satisfied, but then the desire returns
with a vengeance,
and
you need another smoke.
They
want to hear smooth words, and they also get that.
Few want their comfort zone touched in any way, and even fewer want to
hear the word ‘Obey’.
Ezekiel 33:31 And they come unto thee as the people
cometh,
and they sit before thee as
my people, and they hear thy words, but they will
not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their
heart goeth
after their covetousness.
Ezekiel
33:32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very
lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice,
and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they
do them not.
Consider the activity of this army of God.
Also remember that the
Eternal God has used Gentiles in the past to punish His people,
and He called the Kings of these
nations His servants, His shepherds.
This applied to
Nebuchadrezzar, and Cyrus.
Jeremiah 25:9
Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon,
my servant
Isaiah 44:24 Thus
saith the LORD, . . .
.
28 That saith of Cyrus, He is my
shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure:
Be
very careful of the shepherds and pastors, we have many documents and videos
explaining
from
the bible that the vast majority are false.
Hosea 1:5, alters the flow and it tells us to whom the book is addressed,
the
drunkards of Judah, as Joel was sent to the nation of Judah.
Hosea 1:5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine,
because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.
Judah
is not the only nation of Israel who are referred to as drunkards.
The
nation of Ephraim are also called drunkards.
What
an amazing link there is between what we are speaking about, and what Isaiah is
telling us.
Not
only are the people drunkards, which many people in the U.K. are.
It is
a very real problem.
Note whose
beauty is fading and it certainly is.
Then
it speaks of the Lord being mighty, and strong and destroying the drunkards.
It
then speaks of ‘In that day’, and finally we are told that He sits in judgment.
The
parallel is astounding in so many details.
Isaiah 28:1 ¶ Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim,
whose
glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat
valleys of them
that
are overcome with wine!
Isaiah 28:2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong
one,
which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of
mighty waters overflowing,
shall cast down to the earth with the hand.
Isaiah 28:3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden
under feet:
Isaiah 28:4 And the
glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley,
shall
be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer;
which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his
hand he eateth it up.
Isaiah 28:5 In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of
glory,
and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,
Isaiah 28:6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that
sitteth in judgment,
and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

Around a quarter of the

Last
month the Office for National Statistics figures showed that in 2005/6,
hospitals
admitted 208,000 people with diseases caused by drink – double that of 10 years
ago.
Alcohol is thought to cause about 17,000 cases of cancer a
year and liver disease is becoming
common for people in their 20s and 30s.
Alcohol is to blame for more than 800,000 admissions – 6% of the
national total.
Drunken
injuries and booze-related illnesses are costing taxpayers Ł2.7billion
a
year.
In
Joel
Chapter 1: 9 – 12, we
are told of the wasting away of all the fruit and grain being
destroyed,
so that they were unable to make meat and drink offerings of verse 9 and 13.
Joel Chapter 1:9 The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from
the house of the LORD;
the priests, the
LORD’S ministers, mourn.
Joel Chapter 1:13 repeats the same point.
Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the
altar:
come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat
offering and the drink offering
is withholden from the house of your God.
Joel Chapter 1
verses 10-12, 17, and 19 gives the detail of the destruction
of the food crops.
Joel Chapter 1:10 The
field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is
wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
Joel Chapter 1:11
Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye
vinedressers,
for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is
perished.
Joel Chapter 1:12 The vine is dried up, and the fig tree
languisheth; the pomegranate tree,
the palm tree also, and
the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered:
because joy is withered
away from the sons of men
Joel Chapter 1:17 The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid
desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered.
We see that fire is the tool used to destroy the grass for
the animals and the fruit trees.
Joel Chapter 1:19
O LORD, to thee will I cry:
for
the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness,
and
the flame hath burned all the trees of the field.
This is the activity of a very well
equipped, and exceedingly powerful physical
army of human being. Furthermore, it
is highly unlikely that there is even
a single Christian amongst them.
Joel
Chapter
2:3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a
flame burneth:
the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness;
yea, and
nothing shall escape them.
As a
result of all this destruction of vegetation the animals are perishing,
but
note
‘and nothing
shall escape them’.
It
does not even say no one will escape, it goes much further and says ‘and nothing’,
will
escape them.
As
our recent Rhema from the book of Job said (see it here: Job 33), the
Almighty says that
He
has chosen the very best people for the jobs that have been assigned to
them
from
the foundation of the world. Babylon, Assyria, punished Israel severely,
and
now we can be sure that this prophecy of the Great army from the North will be
fulfilled precisely.
Joel Chapter 2:4 compares this army to horses and horsemen, which is very
interesting.
It
shows the fearlessness of this army.
“The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen,
so
shall they run”.
You
can see why the horse is used by looking at how the Eternal, the Creator of the
horse defines him,
and
of course you do not put cowards on horses. Just look at the horses facing the
enormously high
fences
at the world famous race courses, and battle is much worse.
Job
39:19 ¶ Hast thou given the horse strength?
hast thou clothed his neck with thunder?
Job
39:20 Canst thou make him afraid as a grasshopper?
the glory of his nostrils is terrible.
Job
39:21 He paweth in the valley, and rejoiceth in his strength: he goeth on to meet the armed men.
Job
39:22 He mocketh at fear, and
is not
affrighted; neither turneth he back
from the sword.
Job
39:23 The quiver rattleth against him, the glittering
spear and the shield.
Job
39:24 He swalloweth the ground with fierceness and
rage: neither believeth he that
it is the sound of the trumpet.
Job
39:25 He saith among the trumpets, Ha, ha; and he smelleth the battle afar
off,
the
thunder of the captains, and the shouting.
Joel Chapter 1:18 How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle
are perplexed,
because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made
desolate.
Joel Chapter 1:20 The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for
the rivers of
waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the
wilderness.
All
this destruction is caused by the army of the Lord.
Joel Chapter 1:15 Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at
hand,
and as
a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
Joel Chapter 2:11 And the
LORD shall utter his voice
before his army: for his
camp is very great: for he
is strong that executeth his word: for the day of
the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
I ask the question again,
Does this sound in any way
shape or form as a Christian army, whether adults or children,
who are carrying out a revival
of any type whatsoever, with people speaking in tongues,
going through the tunnel of
fire and being slain in the spirit?
I can
tell you it does deal with people being slain, and completely killed, stone
dead,
quite
distinct from the demonic slain in the spirit activity, which is all part
and
parcel of the supposed coming revival.
Please
do not think that I do not believe that people who get slain in the spirit
etc.,
do
not get spiritually charged up.
Of
course they do.
It is
just that it is the wrong spirit.
For
those involved in these experiences it is just as hard for them, as it is for a
drug addict
to
break a drug addiction.
Satan
knows the human body exceedingly well.
Satan
knows the emotional and sexual centres, to play them as sweetly and smoothly as
any violin.
Verse 5 tells us that it is going to
be a very orderly but noisy affair, by very fit soldiers,
not little children.
Joel Chapter 2:5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of
mountains shall they
leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as
a strong
people set in battle array.
Verse 6 tells us that the people are going to suffer great pain and
be terrified.
The
Companion bible says that blackness should read paleness.
This
is quite understandable of terrified people.
Joel Chapter 2:6 Before their face the people shall be much
pained:
all faces shall gather blackness. (become pale with fear)
The
discipline and fitness of these soldiers, says that they will, run, climb,
and
march without breaking ranks.
These
are not people playing at soldiers.
They
are the very best.
Joel Chapter 2:7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall
climb the wall like men of war;
and they shall march every one
on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
Joel Chapter 2:8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall
walk every one in his path:
and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
Verse 8,
says when they fall upon the sword, but the word sword, makes it appear that
it is
some supernatural occurrence. This word can also be translated as missile,
dart, or weapon.
Yes
the word missile does appear in the bible.
It
might well mean that the weapons that they will use will kill others but not
kill themselves.
Isn’t
this the whole objective of war?
Joel Chapter 2:9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they
shall run upon the wall,
they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows
like a thief.
We
are then told that the earth will quake before them, the heavens shall tremble.
Doesn’t
this happen when fighter aircraft are screaming over head, and sonic booms are
exploding
all
around even shaking the houses on the ground. Add to this bunker busting and,
vacuum bombs,
nuclear
bombs, and other things of which we have no knowledge at this time.
Mini-nukes
are already in extensive use by the military right now.
The
earth certainly can be made to shake.
Before
we read about fire in Chapter 1:19-20
It is
a fact that large fires block out the sun, moon and stars.
You
might even have seen this yourself.
Note
that these are the results of activities of the army and it is different from
what
is stated in Joel 3:15.
Joel Chapter 2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall
tremble:
the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their
shining:
Some
more of the activities of this army are,
One
Joel 3:2 . . . . my people and for my heritage Israel,
a) whom they have scattered
among the nations,
b) and parted my land.
Two
Joel 3:3 And they have cast lots for my people;
a) and have given a boy for an harlot,
b) and sold a girl for
wine, that they might drink.

Joel 3:5
a) Because ye have taken
my silver and my gold,
b) and have carried into your temples my goodly
pleasant things:
Four
Joel 3:6
a) The children also of
Judah and the children of Jerusalem have
ye sold unto the
Grecians,
b) that ye might remove them far from their border.
I ask the question again,
Does this sound in any way
shape or form as a Christian army, whether adults or children,
who are carrying out a revival
of any type whatsoever.
Answer absolutely not.
These
are the actions of a merciless conquering victorious army.
This
is total war.
This
is judgment on Judah, and I believe it will also apply to all who support her,
and there
are many nations, and churches who are actively and vocally publicly supporting
the
nation called Israel. The U.S. the U.K. France, Brazil have openly declared
that
they
will do whatever it takes to support Israel.
If
you take a trip on the Titanic, it is inevitable that you will be sunk.
I
need to point out that many Christians will be deeply offended, if I branded
them murderers.
Even
some of my friends turned against me for such a statement.
However,
I have to tell you that if you are saying, even shouting let us kill the
Iranians
or
anyone for that matter, before they kill us, particularly when they have done
you no harm at all,
according
to my Bible, you are guilty of murder. This is not my idea.
This
is exactly what the New Testament in any reliable translation states.
Some
complain that I am always quoting the Old Testament.
In
fact I quote from the entire bible.
This
is a New Testament teaching by Christ Himself,
the
one that all these pastors are claiming they represent.
They are
doing no such thing. Almost all have their own private agenda, as they lead
their
flocks
astray. We have many documents and videos on this subject.
It is
crystal clear that to think the deed is to be guilty of the deed,
that
is what Christ said, is it not?
Matthew 5:28 But I say unto you,
That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her
hath committed adultery with
her already in his heart.
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you,
Love your enemies, bless them that curse you,
do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you,
and persecute you;
Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the
children of your Father which is in heaven:
for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth
rain on the just
and on the unjust.
Matthew 5:21 ¶ Ye have heard that it
was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill;
and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry
with his brother without
a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to
his brother,
Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say,
Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
Please
explain to me, how do we get around this, whilst preaching Rapture
or
Revival?
John
Hagee and his countless followers, and others
such as Rod Parsley, etc.,
are
baying for the blood of the Iranians.
According
to my bible this is sin, pure and simple, is it not?
If this
is sin, which it is, how can they make the remotest claim to be men of God?
Answer: They cannot.
Claiming
to be under Grace, will certainly not let you out of this dilemma.
I am
not supporting a single person. All that I am saying is that whatever a
supposed Christian
says,
and does, needs to match up with what is claimed to be the Christian handbook,
the Bible.
If it
does not, it cannot be of the Eternal God.
It is
as simple as that.
The
reality is that if you are acting differently from your professed handbook,
you
have no right to claim to be a Christian.
This
would apply to any profession.
If a
surgeon said that he had a better idea than to follow the guidelines for
washing hands,
and
sterilization, before and after surgery, and that he just was going to forget
about all the fuss,
and
quit washing them period.
His
days as a surgeon would be quickly terminated I assure you.
The
very same thing should happen to false pastors, and it will.
Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart,
which shall feed
you with knowledge and understanding.
Note carefully three things,
that we are being told.
1) the pastors are not after
the heart of the Eternal God.
2) they are not feeding their
flock with knowledge.
3) they are not feeding them
with understanding.
There are so many verses
about false pastors and prophets.
Jeremiah 2:8
The
priests said not, Where is the LORD?
and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed
against me,
and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that
do not profit.
Jeremiah 5:13 And the prophets shall
become wind, and the word is not in them:
thus shall it be done unto them.
The
very disturbing fact which we have already mentioned is that, that is what the
people want.
Jeremiah 5:31 The prophets prophesy
falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means;
and
my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?
In fact, they fit precisely into
the role of being ministers who follow after Balaam,
who operated for money. I
assure you that I know whereof I speak. I have been down
the road of being conned,
with countless thousands of other sincere well meaning people.
I have friends that today are
still suffering from the dishonesty of false ministries.
I cannot urge you strongly enough to cut out any, and every
middle man who stands between you and Christ, and to be
very careful indeed with what
you do with your very hard earned money.
I also encourage everyone to
download and distribute the documents and videos freely.
It is on the top of all my
documents and on every video.
Revelation 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou
hast there them that hold
the doctrine of
Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel,
to eat things
sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
Do we really believe that the
false pastors, who are misleading not only the adults,
but the very young, by
telling them that they are the army mentioned in Joel, will not be judged?
If we do, then we are sadly
mistaken.
These young people are
sincere, and this makes it even more devastating,
but then we have always lied
to the young.
We lie to them about Santa
Claus.
We buy them Harry Potter
Books, Videos and other paraphernalia, telling them it is harmless fun,
when in fact it is blatant
witchcraft.
We tell them the same thing
about Halloween.
We tell them it is ok to have
pantomimes where men dress up as women and the other way round.
At the same time we outlaw
discipline of any type, and we outlaw the bible,
and its teachings all over
the world.
Is it any wonder we have a
set of very mixed up children, and adults?
Telling children that they
are this mighty army,
will just ultimately lead to
them being filled with pride.
Seeing them do the same thing
as adults, wave their hand at an adult,
and then see them fall on the
floor, will confirm to them that they have
they same ‘Harry Potter’
The
book of Joel is all about judgment.
We can see where this army
originates, and it certainly is not in any church at all,
whether true or false.
We are told that it is a
northern army.
Joel 2: 20 But
I will remove far off from you the northern army. . . .
There are not many references
in the book of Joel about the reason for the punishment
that is being inflicted on
Judah and also will be inflicted on Biblical Israel.
This verse tells us that the
land is full of blood.
Joel 3:21 For I will cleanse
their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD
dwelleth in Zion.
Joel
was a contemporary of Jeremiah.
This
means that they were operating at the same time.
Jeremiah
was also sent to Jerusalem and Judah, and also Israel.
Both
nations are going to go through the very same thing.
Jeremiah 2:4 Hear ye the word of the
LORD, O house of Jacob,
and all the families of the house of Israel:
Joel
was sent to the nation of Judah.
Joel 3:1 ¶ For, behold, in
those days, and in that time,
when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and
Jerusalem,
Joel 2:1 ¶ Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm
in my holy mountain:
let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD
cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
Zion is another name for Jerusalem in the prophetic books,
and Jerusalem
was the capital of Judah.
Do we
think that because the word children is used that it is referring to a bunch of
children?
I
think not.
Joel 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice
in the LORD your God:
for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come
down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the
first month.
Very
often the Eternal God refers to adults as children, in the Old and New
Testament.
Jeremiah 3:14
Turn,
O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married
unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I
will bring
you to Zion:
Revelation 7:4
And
I heard the number of them which were sealed:
and there were sealed an hundred and forty and
four thousand of all the tribes
of the children of Israel.
Revelation 21:12 And had a wall great
and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels,
and names written thereon,
which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
This
verse is clearly speaking to the adults in Judah, and not a load of children.
This
is also speaking about literal rain, and not some nebulous outpouring of the
spirit.
Few actually know the reality of the Holy Spirit. They see the Holy
Spirit
as the power of God.
The Holy
Spirit is the Godhead See:
The
Holy Spirit Is God Jesus Is God Christ
Is The Holy Spirit
How we could ever make these verses say that it is speaking
about children and
revival, I will never understand.
The
previous verses told us that Judah had been destroyed by fire Joel 1:19, Joel 2:3.
The
latter part of the verse 23 tells us about the start of a restoration from the state
of
destruction, to one of plenty, with abundant rain as a blessing and not a
destructive curse.
Verse 24 shows
us the result of this blessing of the literal rain.
Joel 2:24 And the floors shall be
full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.
Remember
that the food was so desperate that the people looked so emaciated
that
when they were sold the price for the services of a harlot was a boy,
and
for a drink of wine, a girl.
All
that was going to change in blessing of verse 24 - 26, they are now told that what the
armies
had
utterly destroyed, was all going to be replaced.
Joel 2:25 And I will restore to you the years that the
locust hath eaten, the
cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army
which I
sent among you.
Joel 2:26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied,
and praise the name of
the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people
shall
never be ashamed.
Joel chapter 3 and verse 1 uses a strange idiom, it says,
I
shall bring again the captivity. . . .
What
this literally means is ‘ I will restore the fortunes of’.
So
we can see that everything is going to be completely reversed, as Judah is
blessed,
after their period of punishment for their rebellion.
Joel 3:1 ¶ For, behold, in those days, and in that time,
when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,
There are other events mentioned in Joel.
The
first is the punishment that will be meted out to the nation from the North,
who
were used to harshly discipline Judah. As often happens they go over board,
and do
more than they should do. This is what ancient Babylon did to Ancient
Israel.
First we are told that the Northern army
is going to be driven far away.
Joel 2:20 But I will remove far off from you the northern
army, and will
driven him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the
east sea,
and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up,
and his
ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
Are
we saying that this is what is going to happen to the ‘army of revival?
Surely
we can see that this does not make any sense at all.
Secondly we are told that
the Northern army’s children,
will
be sold just like they did to the people of Judah.
Joel
3:8 And I will sell your
sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah,
and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a people far off: for the
LORD hath spoken it.
Thirdly The gentile nations are told to
gather to the valley of Jehoshaphat for judgment.
The
Northern army, who have not been scattered to the wilderness, and all the
gentiles,
are
ordered to Jehoshaphat to be judged, by Christ, in the valley of decision.
Note
the name ‘valley of decision’, they are going to have to choose.
Christ
says that he is going to plead for His people Israel, that is Biblical Israel,
note not just Judah.
We
have always have to choose and right now you have to choose.
It
appears that this is different to the battle at Armageddon mentioned in
Revelation 16:16, where it seems to be just outright war, with the
destruction of those
who
oppose Christ.
It is
not simple to separate these events leading up to, and including the Day of the
Lord.
It is
possible that some events merge one into the other.
Revelation 16:16
And
he gathered them together into a place called in the
Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
Fourthly What we can say with certainty is
that these are world shaking events,
when the
Eternal God is intervening in world affairs, as the mighty all powerful,
Lion
of the Tribe of Judah, to rescue His people, judge the nations, and set up His
kingdom,
and
replace the wicked kingdoms, and the countless false religions of the
world.
The
valley of Decision plays a pivotal party in this part of The Eternal God’s
plan.
Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring
them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat,
and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel,
whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
Joel 3:9
¶ Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare
war, wake up the mighty men,
let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:
Joel 3:11 Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen,
and gather yourselves together
round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD.
Joel 3:12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the
valley of Jehoshaphat:
for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
Joel 3:13 Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe:
come, get you down;
for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is
great.
Joel 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of
decision: for the day of the LORD
is near in the valley of decision.
The
Sun and moon been darkened and the earth shaking is mentioned in,
Joel 2:10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall
tremble:
the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw
their shining:
which
was the result of the warfare of the Northern Army.
In Joel 3:15-16, this is an entirely different
event from a different source,
and
with a different purpose.
Joel
3:15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and
the stars shall withdraw their shining.
Joel 3:16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter
his voice from
Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will
be
the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
This
is Christ making a powerful statement. He is roaring from Jerusalem, Ok
world,
I am back and all this is to let you know that I have arrived.
Joel
3:17 So shall ye know that I am
the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain:
then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through
her any more.
Does this sound in any way
shape or form as a Christian army, whether adults or children,
who are carrying out a revival
of any type whatsoever.
The
earth, and its people have nothing worth reviving.
Even
our fallen spirits have to be replaced by a new human spirit.
We
have explained this many times, see, The Spirit
in Man.
Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also
will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within
you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will
give you
an heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 36:27 And I will put my spirit
within you, and cause you to walk in my
statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
Ezekiel
36:28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave
to your fathers;
and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
Christ is going to restore all things to how
He meant them to be in the Garden
of
Eden, before the sin of Adam and Eve.
Joel
3:17-21 is speaking
about the 1,000 year reign of Christ and His Wife on the earth.
Joel
3:17 So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God
dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain:
then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through
her any more.
Joel
3:18¶ And it shall come to pass in that day, that
the mountains shall drop down new wine,
and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall
flow with waters,
and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the LORD, and shall
water the valley of Shittim.
Joel
3:19 Egypt
shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness,
for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed
innocent blood in their land.
Joel
3:20 But Judah shall dwell for ever, and
Jerusalem from generation to generation.
Joel
3:21 For I
will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in
Zion.
In
this study there is something that we have not mentioned up to this point.
Do
you know what it is?
It
is the activity of the priests.
Should
they be preaching Revival?
What
should they, and the people for whom they are responsible be doing?
The people
Joel 1:8 ¶ Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth
for the husband of her
youth.
The
Priests/Pastors/Elders/Evangelists/The People
Joel
1:13 Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl,
ye ministers of the altar:
come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat
offering
and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God.
Joel
1:14 ¶ Sanctify ye a fast,
call a solemn assembly, gather the elders
and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your
God, and cry unto the LORD,
Joel
2:12 ¶ Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye
even to me with all your heart,
and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
Joel
2:13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and
turn unto the LORD your God:
for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness,
and repenteth him of the evil.
Joel
2:15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call
a solemn assembly:
Joel
2:16 Gather the people,
sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children,
and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his
chamber,
and the bride out of her closet.
Joel
2:17 Let the
priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar,
and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage
to reproach,
that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among
the people,
Where is their God?
Does this sound in any way
shape or form as a Christian army, whether adults or children,
who are carrying out a revival
of any type whatsoever.
Does
speaking in tongues, being slain in the spirit, fire tunnels, and giving birth
in
the spirit, sounds in any way like it is related to the above?
We
had better get our act together, and very quickly indeed, lest we come under
the powerful hand
of
the Northern Army, and then it will be too late to say, no it was not revival
that we needed,
but
rather sincere Repentance .
Why
didn’t our ministers tell us?
Why
didn’t someone, anyone tell us?
You can no longer say that.
Now you know. What are you going
to do about it?
The only way out of this dilemma
is Jesus Christ.
He is the
only way of escape.
We have to be under His Care
and Protection.
Salvation by any other
name or means,
Simply does not exist.
Complete Obedience is required
