Heaven – Is That Your Destination ? by
Peter James
Question: If you answer is ‘Yes’ Whom are you planning to take with you?
You need to make sure to take some company,
otherwise you
are going to be there all on your own. You read correctly, ‘Alone’.
The vast majority of
‘Churchianity’ teaches, that you go to heaven when you die.
I know that, but that does
not make it right does it?
Some 2 Billion observe
Sunday, Christmas, Easter, and even Halloween,
that does not make them right
does it ?
The numbers of people that
adhere to some belief or other does not make it right.
In fact it is often the case
that if everyone is doing it, you probably should not be doing it.
Countless millions of
Christians believe that heaven is the final goal of ‘believers’.
Even non-Christians believe
in a paradise, for example 1 billion Muslims do so.
That gives us straight away half of the world’s
population.
We will not deal with the
other billions that adhere to Buddhism and Hinduism,
with some version of
re-incarnation, and eventually a sort of nothingness, which
cannot be explained.
I keep hearing pastors
mentioning going to heaven, even more so in these very perilous times.
Of course you should always
prepare to meet your maker, as today might well
be your last day on planet
earth, but that certainly does not mean that you are going
to heaven.
Going to heaven is
just one amongst the many false doctrines.
When added to the health and
wealth gospel, for the immediate present,
and some sort of wonderful
fuzzy heaven, for the future, this is a very attractive
prospect for most, who are
experiencing a mundane, and even miserable existence,
in their daily lives, which
is just grinding them into the dust.
Furthermore, most believe
that their dearly departed family, and friends have already
arrived there, and they
cannot wait to leave this very sad state of affairs in the world,
to be in heaven, with their
loved ones.
After all they heard this many
times when they attended funerals of some loved one.
Personally I find funeral
messages the most confusing of any message, as the minister
obviously has no clue about
how to unravel, going to heaven, and the resurrection.
Why have a resurrection, if
all is already perfect in heaven, particularly if heaven
was the goal in the first
place?
The reality is that nowhere in the bible are we told that
the saved are going to heaven.
We are not going there by the direct
route, nor via the indirect route of Purgatory.
There is a wonderful future
promised in the bible, but it certainly is not in heaven.
The Roman Catholic Church,
which is the largest, so called Christian church, has a sequence
of events, for its followers,
after you are born, lived and died.
If you die, and are a baby,
you went to ‘Limbo’, a sort of very gently toasting to purification.
If you die as an adult,
regardless of who you are, whether a Pope or a pauper,
or how good you are, you went
to ‘Purgatory’, this is a more robust severe roasting.
In both of the supposed
places you went through some sort of purification by fire,
Finally after you had
completed the process, which could of course be speeded
up by prayers for the dead,
and having mass said, which all cost money,
you would be released into
the bliss of heaven.
This is a huge money-spinner.
We have to mention that over
1 billion people believe this.
Consider the absurdity of
Purgatory in these scenarios.
Mr. Evil, a Catholic, had been
a very violent person, he had stolen from,
and killed many people.
In fact his last act was to
kill someone. It was in this final act that he was shot,
and killed. He was a good
Roman Catholic, and donated generously to their coffers,
but now he is in a coffin.
The way the story goes is that there is that there is absolutely
no need for his grieving
family to worry. Just pay and pray, and pretty soon he will be out
of the torment of purgatory.
Then St Peter will warmly
welcome him with open arms into Heaven.
The End.
Now Mr. Wonderful also a
Catholic, died peacefully in his bed.
He was a charming man, always
ready to help anyone.
It would be hard to find a
fault with him.
He could not bother with
attending ‘church’, he saw it as hypocritical.
None the less he lived, and
died a Catholic.
The difference was that he
was a poor man, and he certainly could not afford
to have anyone pay to bury
him much less to have Mass said for him.
Unfortunately for him, he
will gently toasted in Purgatory for the duration, however,
long that might be, maybe
hundreds of years, poor Mr. Wonderful.
Yes ‘poor’ indeed, it was his
misfortune to be poor.
Do either of these scenarios
make sense to you?
Precisely when does the
character change take place for ‘the soul’ of Mr. Evil
for him to be allowed to
enter in to heaven?
Repentance is a
turning around, a change of direction and character,
and being imbued
with another spirit and the Holy Spirit.
Forget about the toasting in
Purgatory, does this spiritual change take place there?
If it is only your spirit
that exists after you die, and the spirit you have has to be
replaced by a new spirit, how
is that going to work?
But, your spirit is you, so
it cannot work can it?
These are all total nonsense
stories of the highest category.
I have never yet heard of any
funeral anywhere, where the minister said that the wicked
departed man, who has
murdered several people is now receiving his just reward.
Have you?
Logic decrees that some must
end up ‘not in heaven’, i.e. ‘hell,
otherwise there is no point
to its existence.
Christ said that hell was
very real.
What does the bible say about
‘Christians’ going to heaven?
Is that our final goal?
Christ said that: ‘The Meek shall
inherit the earth’.
Surely we cannot think that
this refers to the present earth,
when the basest of men are
not only in charge of the earth,
but are madly racing to
destroy it.
The inheritance promised to
believers is the earth, not heaven,
additionally they shall be
very happy and in peace, which simply does not exist
anywhere on the planet at
this time.
It is precisely the very same
promise whether you read the Old Testament,
or the New Testament
Psalm 37:11 But the meek shall inherit
the earth; and shall delight themselves
in the abundance of peace.
Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the
meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
What
is the point of inheriting the earth, when the final reward is heaven?
You
would be very hard pressed to find a meek person today, and what is absolutely
certain
the meek have no say in Satan’s world system today.
I suppose that as heaven is ‘up’, we cannot get their by train, so it
must be by plane !
Precisely
what goes up there any way?
What
is the soul, that we are told goes to heaven?
The soul cannot go to heaven, because at a funeral, we are looking at
the body
of the person, which whilst the person’s human spirit was in them, they
were alive,
and a the living soul.
When
the spirit in man returned to the Eternal God, who gave it to him in the first
place,
we are just left with a corpse.
Ecclesiastes 12:7
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:
and
the spirit
shall return unto God who gave it.
It is impossible to have a dead soul.
It
is an oxymoron, that is a contradiction in terms.
It
is quite true when you hear mourners say that the person is not there,
because
the real person, the human spirit has left the physical body.
This
spirit of a person is a carbon copy down to the tiniest detail, except that it
is spirit,
therefore
it is not tangible. It cannot be touched. It holds your feelings, emotions,
memory
absolutely everything about you.
Some
scientists are beginning to understand that the capacity of our minds is
truly
limitless, they might not know that it is because of the spirit in man.
When
I am making videos, and I am cutting them to put them on Youtube.
I
can play the video back right down to the level of individual frames.
Each
scene that you see is made up most times of around 30 different frames.
I
can play through each frame one at a time.
I
can literally take a snap of an individual frame, and save it as a picture.
It
is amazing to see how often we close our eyes.
In a way it is a weird experience, however, that is exactly how our
lives can be played
back to us at the judgment, one frame at a time. Therefore you can see every deed,
and
hear every single word, from the moment that you were born, until you died,
just
as I can with my videos. If you doubt what you see,
it
can be run back endlessly until, you do not want to see it anymore.
Is
that not a scary thing?
Fortunately
on repentance of some sin, the frames are deleted, and overwritten,
in
a similar way as I can do with my computer and camcorder.
Once
deleted they are gone forever.
Hebrews 8:12 For I will
be merciful to their unrighteousness,
and
their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Hebrews 10:17 And their
sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Well those verse were written by Paul, and we don’t think too well of
Paul.
Isaiah said:
Isaiah 43:25 I, even
I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake,
and
will not remember thy sins.
So
it follows that when you are alive, and you repent, we are told that our sins
are
blotted
out therefore there is no need for a half-way house of Puragatory,
when
the Eternal God says that he will not remember our sins when we repent.
And
there you were thinking that all these cameras are really bad.
Of
course they are, because our evil rulers are playing God.
We
can forgive, but humanly it is very difficult to forget.
This
is not a problem to the Eternal God.
He
means precisely what He says.
We
know that the body is dead, we can see it with our own eyes.
We
know that there is no such thing as an immortal soul.
We
know that the spirit returns to God who gave it in the first place.
We
know that all the spirits of man cannot have gone to heaven, because sadly some
people
will
end up in damnation.
After
a person dies there is no further activity that can alter the destination of
the spirit.
In
fact all men go to a holding place.
This
place is divided into two parts.
One
is called Abraham’s bosom, that is where the righteous go, and the other
is
hell where the unrighteous go.
I
have to stress that this report about Lazarus and the Rich man,
does
not claim to be a parable.
Luke 16:20 And there
was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate,
full
of sores,
Luke 16:21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich
man’s table:
moreover
the dogs came and licked his sores.
Luke 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the
angels into
Abraham’s
bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth
Abraham afar off,
and
Lazarus in his bosom.
Luke 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send
Lazarus,
that
he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue;
for
I am tormented in this flame.
Luke 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime
receivedst
thy
good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted,
and
thou art tormented.
Luke 16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf
fixed:
so
that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to
us,
that
would come from thence.
Luke 16:27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest
send him
to
my father’s house:
Luke 16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them,
lest
they also come into this place of torment.
Luke 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets;
let
them hear them.
Luke 16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from
the dead,
they
will repent.
Luke 16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets,
neither
will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
In this entire report there is not a single
mention of any one going to heaven.
We have established that the dead do
not go to heaven, purgatory, or Limbo.
This issue of going to heaven has
been a troublesome issue for millennia,
Christ and the apostles had to deal
with this very problem.
Christ bluntly said that no man had
ascended up to heaven.
This is a plain simple statement
that means what it says.
John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up
to heaven, but he that
came down from heaven,
even the Son of man which is in heaven.
This
means that until the time Christ said these words, that was the situation.
Therefore
whatever happened to Enoch and Elijah, and the fiery chariot,
they
did not go to heaven.
Christ
did not,
and
does not lie, that is the full time job of Satan.
Christ then later told Mary that he was going to ascend to His Father,
which also
fulfilled what He had said in John 13:13, quoted above.
John 20:17 Jesus saith unto
her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father:
but go
to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father;
and to
my God, and your God.
Because
Christ ascended to heaven, it does not mean that we will do the same.
He was
God in the flesh.
See: Christ
Is The Holy Spirit The
Holy Spirit Is God Jesus Is God
Christ did say that He went to prepare a place for us so
that we could be with Him.
But to conclude that this means a place in heaven is not
supported by the bible.
Why we play with the scriptures, and distort
them, so that we end up teaching
countless millions, lies, I have no idea. We
buy into the pagan lies of the multitude
of humanity, instead of telling them the
‘Truth’, saying this is the way, walk in it.
We have told ourselves lies so many times that
we now believe them to be true.
That is how lies work.
If you repeat a lie often enough, you will
believe it, and many people do just that.
This matter of going to heaven was an issue even in the
times of the apostles.
The Apostle Peter said that even David, who as a man after
God’s own heart
had not made it to heaven.
Acts 13:22 And when he
had removed him, he raised up unto them David
to
be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said,
I have found David the son of Jesse,
a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
If David had not made it to heaven, we can be absolutely
certain that none of the rest of us are going to make it
either.
Think about it.
The absolute nonsense of “Churchianity”, which
teaches that Christ took all the souls
to heaven with Him when He ascended to heaven,
is completely wrong in every way.
We do not have souls we are living souls.
Peter, speaking at Pentecost many days after the
ascension of Christ contradicted
the false idea of going to heaven, and repeated
what Christ had said,
which was quoted above.
Acts 2:34 For David is not
ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself,
The LORD
said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
Back
to Enoch, he was clearly moved from one place to another,
but
we are not told where that place was.
I
suggest that Enoch went to the very same place of comfort mentioned in the
report
of
Lazarus and the Rich man, the place where ‘Father Abraham’, and the faithful
await
the resurrection.
Genesis 5:24 And Enoch
walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
We should also keep in mind that there is a spirit
world, and there is movement between
the physical world, and the spirit world.
Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death;
and
was not found, because God had translated him:
for
before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
This is the record of the holding place of the spirits of the dead.
We can call it what we like, but we cannot call it heaven,
because we see that there are two compartments,
one of suffering, and the other of comfort.
There is no suffering in heaven.
If there was, why would anyone want to go there anyway?
Luke 16:24 And he cried
and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me,
and send
Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue;
for I am
tormented in this flame.
Luke 16:25 But Abraham
said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst
thy good
things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted,
and thou
art tormented.
These
were the spirits of Abraham, and the rich man communicating with each other.
The
Eternal God lives in eternity.
Time
and space are creations of His.
In
modern terminology we could say he moved from one dimension to another
dimension.
That
is as much as we can say.
The second controversial point is
regarding Elijah.
Prophets tell of us of many different heavens.
I have seen them refer to up to seven heavens.
Many have also claimed to have gone there.
Would you believe that I have had someone trying to
evaluate if I was false or true,
simply on the question of whether I had been to
heaven, because they had been
to heaven, and I could only be true if I had been to
heaven.
This person is in serious error, and totally messed
up
I have never been to heaven, and
furthermore it is not an objective of mine.
As I said in the Near
Death Experiences, any experience that
does not
cause you to have the sort of
relationship with Jesus Christ as defined in the Bible,
cannot be from the Eternal God. Up to now
all of these experiences I have read
simply confirm the persons in the error
in which they are, or it moves them
into a system of error, and results in
putting non-Church people into fallen churches.
We are told that it is the Truth that sets
you free, not any form of error.
John 8:32 And ye
shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
The
following verse seems to be saying that at the time called the beginning,
we
are told that at a time in the distant past, as many billions of years as we
would
like to assign, the earth was made and so
were the heavens.
Genesis
1:1 In the
beginning God created the heaven and the
earth.
This would be all of the heaven,
which did not include the heavens of God’s throne.
The word is
singular, so there was the heaven, extensive though it is and the earth.
When we see our world from space the first heaven,
which surrounds our world.
Our atmosphere is just a very thin line around our
globe.
Space is considered to begin around 60 miles above
the surface of the earth.
We can regard our atmosphere to be part and parcel of
our earth.
On the second day we see the establishment of clouds
and our atmosphere.
It is most likely that this existed until whatever
catastrophy took place between
Genesis 1:1 and
Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and
darkness was upon the face
of
the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
We know that anything that the Eternal creates is
perfect, but Genesis 1:2,
verse two tells us that, the earth was waste,
chaotic, and the earth was covered with water
and in a cloak of darkness.
Genesis 1:6 ¶ And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters,
and
let it divide the waters from the waters.
Genesis 1:7 And God made
the firmament, and divided the waters which were under
the
firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
Genesis 1:8 And God
called the firmament Heaven.
And
the evening and the morning were the second day.
We know of three heavens according to Word Of God and
science.
First Heaven.
There are the heavens where the birds fly, and beyond
to the clouds and the atmosphere.
It is clear from the following verse that the report
about Elijah is restricted to the earth’s
atmosphere, as whirlwinds are.
Once again it is most likely that we have the second
occurrence of moving from
one dimension to another dimension.
2 Kings 2:11 And it came
to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold,
there
appeared a chariot
of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder;
and
Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
Second Heaven
The area beyond our
atmosphere, where space starts and continues for however many
light years that it exists.
The domain of the planets, stars, galaxies etc.
Third Heaven
The heaven where God’s throne
is at this time.
Matthew 5:34 But I say
unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven;
for it is God‘s throne:
The
following statement is misunderstood, and taken to mean that we are going to
heaven.
Christ said that in His Father’s house are many mansions.
What does this mean?
John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many
mansions: if it were not so,
I
would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I
will come again,
and
receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
We
do not have to go to Strongs, or a commentary, we simply need to see how the
word
‘mansions’ is defined in these verses .
The
end of the verse defines the word ‘mansions’ as a ‘place’.
The
next verse repeats the word ‘place’.
Christ said that He was going
to prepare a ‘place’ for us.
Is this just a very elaborate luxurious gold,
silver and diamond encrusted residence?
No it is not. It is a position in His
kingdom.
As Christ had ascended into
heaven it has been presumed that the place which
has been prepared is in
heaven.
However, the crucial point is the next
statement
‘I
will come again’.
We are then told that He will
receive
us to Himself
We are told:
we are going to be received by Christ, to Himself, when He
has returned to the earth.
Christ then confirms this again
in case we have missed the point,
when he says “that where I am,
there ye may be also”.
Remember, Christ just said
that He was returning to the earth,
so that we could be with Him.
We are clearly told where
Christ is going to turn and the time when Christ will return
to the earth, just like He
was seen when He ascended to heaven.
In the New Testament we are
told
Acts 1:11 Which also
said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven?
this
same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like
manner
as ye
have seen him go into heaven.
Acts 1:12 ¶ Then
returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet,
which is
from Jerusalem a sabbath day’s journey.
In the Old Testament
we get additional details of this same time.
Note that both
sets of verses state that Christ will return to the Mount of Olives.
Zechariah 14:1 ¶ Behold, the
day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided
in the
midst of thee.
Zechariah 14:2 For I will
gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle;
and the
city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished;
and half
of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall
not
be cut
off from the city.
Zechariah 14:3 Then shall
the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations,
as when
he fought in the day of battle.
Zechariah 14:5 And his feet shall stand in
that day upon the mount of Olives,
which is
before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave
in the
midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be
a very
great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north,
and half
of it toward the south.
It is not my intention to
deal with the other religions, but a billion Muslims,
believe in some similar
‘paradise’.

We have to live a holy righteous life
You can clearly
see that the doctrine about going to heaven is false.
We need
to prepare for the glorious future, by bringing our own spirits into
subjection
1 Corinthians 9:27 But I keep
under my body, and bring it into subjection:
lest
that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a
castaway.
1 Corinthians 11:31 For if we
would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
To do
this we have to listen to and obey the Eternal God.
We
will reign on the earth.

made us unto our God kings and priests:
and we
shall reign on the earth.
Revelation 11:15 And the
seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices
in
heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our
Lord,
and of
his Christ;
and he
shall reign for ever and ever.

could say that Heaven
is coming to the earth, which the Eternal God planned from
the
foundation
of the
world to be His universal headquarters.

Revelation 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold,
the
tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they
shall be his people,
and God
himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall
be
no more
death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:
for the
former things are passed away.
Revelation 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father;
to him be
glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 5:10 And hast
made us unto our God kings and priests:
and we
shall reign on the earth.
Our
destination is not heaven it has never been, right from the beginning Adam and
Eve,
were
told to have dominion over the earth. That has not happened as yet, but it will
happen.
This
time it will be by transformed or resurrected man, as we have clearly shown
that
unconverted man simply cannot do this.
Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let
us make man in our image, after our likeness:
and let
them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over
the fowl of the air,
and over
the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth
upon the
earth.
We
have seen that no one is going to heaven, but we could say that heaven is
coming to earth.
Be
Humble Repent Listen To The
Eternal God Obey Him.
This is very easy to say, but I assure you that it is
physically an impossibility without
the empowerment of the Eternal God.
Just going up to some altar call, running to some
church, or isolating yourself
in the hope that somehow it will all go away, will not
do it.
What are you going to do
about it before it is too late?
